Job title:Assistant Manager – Lifestyle Finance
Reports to :Area Sales Manager
Business:Sales Finance – CD Category Extension
Eligibility Criteria:
1.       Specialization - Students from Marketing / Finance specialization, who would be keen on Sales / Product roles.
2.       Academic Records - Students must have scored 60% and above in their 1st year of MBA/PGDM.
3.       Location - Should be open to relocate to any location PAN India (to be placed in Tier I/Tier II/Tier III citie
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage FOS –  recruit, train and motivate the team
  • Manage channel relationships
  • Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
  • Manage the sales process
  • Ensure process rigour and controllership
  • Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners – TTC
  • Manage the FOS productivity
  • Reconciliation of dealer payments
Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior exposure to sales role is highly desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Proficient in MS – Office 
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments within the organization
