Screening Methodology*:
*Candidate’s performance in each round will enable them to move to the next round.
Round 1 - General Aptitude Written Test (20 mins) : Questions on Logic, Mathematics, Reasoning & English Grammar.
Round 2 – Group Discussion / Video based case study
Round 3 - Essay Writing (20 mins) : On 1) Role of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics & Cloud) in SAP Modules AND 2) Role of technology in common man’s life.
Round 4 - HR Interview (15 mins) : Questions analyzing spoken & written communication skills, assertiveness, leadership, goal drive, creativity, initiatives, optimism, adaptability, perseverance, energy, humility, respect and inter-personal skills.
General Eligibility Criteria:
1. Students who have scored minimum aggregate of 70% & above consistently in academics, without any history of arrears & standing arrears, are eligible for the selection process.
2. Students who have received offers from other organizations are not eligible for the selection process.
3. Students who have plans for full-time higher-studies sooner (or) later; are not eligible for the selection process. The organization recommends higher-learning through distance education.
4. Students who have already appeared in the last 3 months for a screening process at Kaar Technologies, are not eligible for this selection process.
