JOB SUMMARY:
              The HR Contractor’s will provide support the organization within the area of a company's human Resources operations. This would be a HR generalist role and would entail talent acquisition, HR support and engagement with the business.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • Graduate (degree/ diploma)
  • Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR from a reputed institute
EXPERIENCE:

  • Up to 2 – 3 years of related experience.
  • MBA HR Freshers can also be considered
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal people politely. Good interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • A “Can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.
  • Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Must be highly organized, work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in HR matter
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the internal job board and employee referral process
  • Source candidates through job portals
  • Screen Candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring managers
  • Prepare and seek approval for Salary Structure and issue Offer letter to the selected candidates
  • Complete the induction and joining formalities for the new joiners.
  • Update the internal Recruitment system
HR Administration:
  • Prepare HR letters / communication as required
  • Manage the Annual Health Checkup process
  • Manage the soft loan process
  • Handle the exit formalities
  • Provide payroll and F&F inputs
  • Connect with employees and handle employee queries
MIS:
  • Prepare monthly Headcount Reports and other relevant HR reports as required
Employee Engagement:
  • Handle monthly Birthday Celebration
  • Manage any employee events as and when required
