SPECIALIZATION : MBA (MARKETING )
THE INTERVIEW DATE HAS BEEN POSTPONED
1. Program Duration: Oct 2014 - March 2015
2. Trainee Profile: 2nd year MBA students.
3. The trainees will be confirmed as Sales officer aligned to different sectors in Philips India subject to the following conditions being met:
a. Successful completion of the Sales Trainee Program at Philips for this 6 month period
b. Successful completion of the MBA program
4. The trainees will be allowed leave for their MBA examinations. This leave will be treated a paid absence from work
5. Payout (subject to tax):
a. Stipend: INR 30,000 pm
b. Joining Bonus: INR 25,000 (payable to them along with 1st month stipend)
c. Confirmation Bonus: INR 50,000 (upon confirmation)
6. Salary post confirmation
a. Fixed pay: INR 4.25 Lakhs p.a + Sales Incentives
