Compensation:-

·         During Training :-2.75 LPA (6 Months)

·         Post Training :- 3.5 LPA (Fixed CTC +Variable CTC{ which will depend on performance and can be earned up to 150 % (Support Function) to 200 % (Sales Role) subject to their performance achievement})

 ELIGIBLE CRITERIA :

·         MBA - Marketing and Operations as specialization

·         Candidate must have scored at least 60% IN –class 10th,UG AND PG

·         At least 70% or more in Class 12th

·         Should be under 24 years of age  as on 31st October, 2014

Job Profile :-

· The role during first 6 months of training period would be that of an Officer Trainee.

   These students will then get absorbed in Product/ Marketing/ SCM /R&D/ Service             /Sales  department as an Sr.Executive, subject to their performance during training.
