Job Title:  Presentation Specialist Trainee (Fresher)                Level – 1                                                                           Role: Individual Contributor
Position Description:  Provide high quality, real-time assistance to Clients in support of their projects. Responsible for creating, editing and formatting of documents in a variety of software and media, with primary focus on MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word and MS-Excel. Ensure timely delivery of product that is defect-free and has consistency in formatting and layout. Comprehend Client requirements and instructions clearly and estimate time required for project completion. Communicate directly with Clients as required via phone, email or chat.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate Degree
Technical Qualifications: Technical knowhow of  MS Office Suite
Experience:  Fresher or up to 1 year of work experience in Client Management / Customer Service
Organization Structure:  Report to Production Manager / Client Manager
Work Schedule:  Must be flexible to work during day, night and weekend shifts – based on business need
Responsibilities
·         Receives the job and estimates it for production and self quality check
·         Maps the as is document to custom templates or guidelines provided to assess the work load or complexity
·         Analyzes ASIS documents and understands the instructions
·         Coordinates with client for revision/confirmation of time estimates and insufficient information via email/phone/chat directly. Documents any instructions discussed with the client via email
·         Creates and edits the documents as per the instruction provided
·         Communicates with the clients on insufficient information for WIP documents
·         Reviews jobs/conducts thorough quality check of the documents for possible errors/omissions and ensure text/graphics are placed according to task requirements
·         Cross checks the stability of the document and creates the version control etc for final delivery
·         Forwards the job to client and coordinates with client for any revisions/reworks
·         Updates workflow with such reworks and provides information on case to case basis
·         Provides necessary information for Quality team for AOQ and other quality requirements
·         Adhere to security, compliance and regulatory procedures specific to RR Donnelley and to the Client
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
·         Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite - MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word and MS-Excel
·         Expert knowledge of Client template (post training)
·         Ability to take judgments based on Client inputs and requirements
