Reporting Manager : Regional Manager; Mentored by Regional Manager/Area Sales Manager during training

QUALIFICATION:MBA in Marketing  with above 60% in Xth & XIIth

WORK EXPERIENCE:0 - 1 year of experience in distribution & sales role

Key Deliverables

• Achieve product wise, rupee wise, monthly, quarterly and annual budget by adhering to set work norms.
• Develop customer database through selection of towns, routes and profiling of customers.
• Meet customers at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of all Abbott’s SKU’s in adequate quantity.
• Know the products. Undertake timely and effective implementation of company’s product promotion plan to enhance distribution penetration and  improve visibility of Abbott and its brands.
• Seek co-operation of channel partners to aid distribution and visibility of Abbott products and timely receipts of Abbott payments.
• Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports, expense claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities.

Team structure & Reporting :

• Joining as Trainee TSE on 3P
• Reporting directly to Regional Manager and mentored by the ASM in team
• Shadowing the TSE On-Job and learning on field
• Monthly Reviews and interventions by RM 
• Small independent projects and territories to be allocated based on performance in Monthly Reviews
• Within 3-6 months of joining as Trainee TSE, to be transitioned to independent HQ ‘On Rolls ‘ of Abbott based on: 
• Performance during internship
• Competencies developed during internship
• Vacancy available in the Region
• As TSE, will be responsible for an independent territory and targets, and will be eligible for the incentive scheme of 192000 INR  yearly based on performance on targets.
