The guidelines for Selection Process will be:
1. TCS BPO will hire students pursuing flagship course offered by the Institute
2. The academic cut-off to receive applications will be 60% in Graduation
3. Candidates having back-logs in any of their semesters will not be eligible for the selection process
4. Candidates should be willing to relocate

Role description:
1) Finance + operations – Banking and cards transaction processing / insurance processing operations
2) Market Research operations– Specialization in Marketing + Operations . The role is in Market research operations ( not in marketing or sales)
3) presales + Marketing – The role is offering sales and solutions in financial and non-financial segment.
4) Human Resources – The role is in talent engagement activities.
