Profile 1 – Credit

1.    To ensure portfolio quality for the Product in the location, while maintaining the service levels (TAT) to the customer (Internal and External).
2.    To reduce data entry errors as part of underwriting
3.    Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Central team on all applications being processed
4.    To monitor non starters/Cheque bounce trends, maintain adequate knowledge of channels and their sourcing pattern.
5.    To give feedback to channels/vendors on a monthly basis on their performance levels and take corrective action to improve the efficiency.
6.    To ensure Audit compliance and regulatory compliance for the location.
7.    To ensure Deferral Clearance by Coordinating with Customer, Sales and OPS Team.
8.    To interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/CPU/Policy/Product etc in ensuring a smooth day to day functioning at the location
Profile 2 – Sales
1.    Selling of banking products to clients – Retail Customers / Corporate Clients / HNI Clients.
2.    Products might include either, Credit Cards, Loans, CASA or all of these.
3.    Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.
4.    Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects ofcustomer relationships
5.    Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients
6.    Strategizing & implementing ways to achieve sales targets
Retail Branch Banking

Profile I - Personal Banker – Welcome Desk

1.    To be the first point contact with the customer in the branch, provide customer service and product information
2.    Responsible for account opening bothcurrent& Saving account and Fixed Deposits
3.    Customer acquisition through sales to walk in customers, referrals from walk-ins for current account, saving account and Demat accounts
4.    Deliverables Custodian, Handle balance enquiries of walk-in customers, Collection of Foreign Currency Cheques
5.    Obtain referrals from walk-in customers for current account, Saving account and Demat accounts, Generation of referrals from internal database
6.    Cross sell of direct banking channels to walk-in customers to deepen relationships
7.    Responsible for report generation & filing
8.    Retention of accounts: Enhance the value of existing portfolio of current account & saving account customers.
Profile II – Teller

1.    Responsible for cash and customer transactions
2.    Handles cash receipts, deposits &payments, Cash balancing
3.    Handling the Banking System and is Vault custodian
4.    Filing of End of day (EOD) Reports
5.    Handling Non-Cash transactions like DD/MC/TC, Fund transfer etc
6.    Register updation on EOD Cash position, Instruments Issued etc
7.    Responsible for high quality service, customer relationship management, Queue Management & Branch Audit & Compliance

Profile III - Personal Banker – Sales

1.    Responsible for relationship management for a portfolio of customers
2.    Responsible for Cross Sell, enhancing relationship with existing customers, Customer service to walk in customers
3.    Selling of Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account
4.    Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, and Forexetc
5.    Responsible for generation of referrals from internal database and newCustomer acquisitions
6.    Responsible for Report Generation & filing, Review all critical reports, monitor cash levels, fraud control, etc.
7.    Generating business through cross sell of all products and services of the Bank
8.    Retention of accounts: Enhance the value of existing portfolio of current account & saving account customers.
9.    Overall Cost Management and staff productivity
10. Also, responsible for Branch administration & ATM (onsite) management, Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
