Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee / Management Trainee – Duel Degree Candidates
Package: CTC : Rs. 3.50 Lacs (all inclusive) – Official Travel & Telecommunication shall be borne by the Company.

This position requires the willingness to re-locate to any location within India as per the business requirement. 
Role & Responsibilities:
During the training period and thereafter - Your KRAs may include a combination of two or more – following as per the role & responsibilities periodically assigned to you by your business head as per the business requirements.
  • Planning and Budgeting
  • Marketing Services – Co-ordinate & Liaisoning with dealers / customers for Sales and Marketing services and new business networks and tie-ups.
  • MIS
  • Supplier & Customer negotiations
  • Gross Profitability responsibility of the unit.
  • Technical product knowledge
  • Inventory controls
  • Market segmentation
  • Time management with focus on new business development
  • Business model and sales strategies
  • Organic growth initiatives
  • Customer Service - Interface between suppliers and customers.
  • Deal effectively with customer problems and provide timely resolution.
  • Payment collections management. Actively contributes to customer credit limits control, collection calls and payments recovery.
  • Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the logistics and accounting departments to ensure the streamlining and efficiency of procedures.
  • Takes advantage of regular relationship with customers to provide principals and sales team with market information and possible sales opportunities.
  • Assist the sales force in all related work and business development
  • Back-up and rotate through multiple customer service support functions
  • Managing Traffic & Logistics and Process documentation.
  • Gain a formal understanding of domestic and international rules and regulations that govern the Sales function
  • Price benchmarking assignments for transport and warehouse costs.
  • Process customer invoices based on delivery terms.
  • Manage inventory receipts and approval of supplier invoices.
  • Monthly reconciliation of inventory with warehouses and annual physical inventories.
  • Maintain hard coded regulatory data for company products.
  • Other assignments / special projects as assigned as per the business requirement.
