Job Description:
- Learning and Complete Understanding of the planting methods
- Fully understand and master the development practices - Planting, Nursery, Roads and Bridges
- Take in charge of activity on day to day basis and deliver the same
- Assist team and Senior Plantation Managers
- Understand Management Requirements and the overall targets for long term/short terms
- Project management ( Understanding Requirement, Budgeting, Managing Human Resources, Follow-up)
- Ready to take Leadership position in future
Skills Required:
- Flexible with location and travel on short notice
- Ready to Stay at Overseas Location (West Africa and S.E. Asia) for long term assignments
- Comfortable working with different nationalities
- Comfortable with the life on plantations, specifically oil palm
- To do – Learning Attitude
- Comfortable with ground level work
- Good communication and Leadership Skills
