Our requirement: Management Trainees and Graduate Trainees.
The emoluments are : Management Trainee – Rs. 3.50 lacs CTC inclusive of Performance Bonus (Of this, Rs.50000/- is the Performance Bonus). 
·         Graduate Trainee – Rs. 2.50 lacs CTC inclusive of Performance Bonus (Of this Rs. 30000/- is the Performance Bonus).

 

Designation: Assistant Department Manager (Post Confirmation)

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Department Sales target achievement as per Annual Business Plan

·         Increasing the Sales  productivity of the department

·         Improving the overall Customer Experience of the Department

·         Maintain and improve upon the Operational Parameters & Standard Operating Procedures

·         Managing the Performance and Career Development of your Team

Eligibility Criteria

·         Final Semester students from Marketing / Sales / Retail / Operations stream can attend

·         55% aggregate marks for +2 and graduation

·         Should have scored 55% in each semester of PG till 3^rd semester

·         Applicable only for students enrolled for Regular PG course  

·         Those selected should be able to join on or before 01^st May 2015

·         The confirmation in service of those selected will be subject to them clearing the final exam
