Role :
The proposal manager is assigned to large pursuits and serves as the single point of contact to the bid manager for proposals and other client deliverables. He is also responsible for the effective operation of the proposal team and document review process, including resolution and/or escalation of development issues and final document generation. For small and medium-sized pursuits, the solution content developer works with the bid manager to also perform the proposal manager functions.

Role Snapshot –
Bid Manager is a single point Project Manager for all aspects of the pursuit support, aligned in relation to Field Business Development role to support client relationships and key accounts management. Should be capable of managing multiple bids at a time where the number of bids depend on the complexity and timing. Should also develop and manage comprehensive pursuit support plans and ensure the support team is staffed, engaged and equipped to fulfill its respective tasks Work with Solution Integrator, Solution Designer, and Content Developer to ensure processes are applied.
Prerequisites: 6-8 years of Techno-Functional experience in Bid Management, Accounts Management Support (offshore), Business Development, Client Servicing and Presales assignments in IT Services Industry High level understanding of all offerings/technologies in the IT industry Ability to demonstrate synergistic behavior through knowledge sharing, interaction, and innovation. Ability to work within cross-functional teams and with external partners to gather and share information and build communications content effectively. Ability to interpret Client Requirements and ensure the Proposed Solution covers the requirements Exposure to international clients (EMEA/US/APAC) will be an added advantage
