Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for cash, currency, TC, cards, other valuable stock and assets of the company.
- Ensure customer service and efficient administration of the branch.
- Follow KYC, RBI and Internal Guidelines.
- Physical Verification of INR, Gold Packets, FC/TC/FCDD/Pre-signed FCDD/Cards and safe keeping of the same.
- Ensure the day to day documents part and its filing/compliance.
- Provide proper support/clarification to RBI, other statutory authorities, concurrent/Internal auditors as a branch compliance officer whiles their visit at branch.
- Ensuring good ambience of the branch.
- Timely Reporting of issues to the management authority.
- Liaisoning with the various departments for smooth function of the branch.
- Ensure the proper control over credit aspects.
- To ensure the achievement of the given targets with year on year growth in profitability thru implementation of business development activities for new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers.
