JOB Description:
The Area Head is responsible as the first line supervisor of
the field staff working in his/her area to deliver good business results.
- Ensure customer acquisition as per business Targets
- On time disbursal of Loans
- Responsible for customer retention across products
- Ensure customer attence through Bio-metric
- Understand the weekly plan of each of the staff and see if the planned activities of each will produce the business results expected.
- Ensure on time collections
- Addressing customer’s complaints and resolve by action from his/her end or by escalating issues to seniors.
- Ensure souring of new accounts as per the policy guidelines
- Download the reports from SFDC and review the team performance
- Conduct Weekly and monthly review with team and discuss the business targets.
