- Identify resource requirements based on project needs
- Create suitable job descriptions for the requirements identified
- Post job ads in online job portals
- Screen incoming CVs for suitability and conduct initial screening
- Schedule technical interviews with the technical panel
- Coordinate the entire candidate life cycle from sourcing till offer and subsequent joining
- Maintain recruitment status reports
- Training and Development
- Payroll management
- Overall operations
- Should take care of Campus drives.
