JOB DESCRIPTION: 
     
       THE HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST WILL CO-ORDINATE AND INTERACT WITH APPROPRIATE EMPLOYEES/ BUSINESS GROUPS THEREFORE ENSURING THAT EMPLOYEE RELATED AND/OR RESOURCE FULFILMENT ISSUES ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THE ANALYST IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE DIRECT HR SUPPORT TO CLIENT TEAMS/ ENTITIES HELPING ADDRESS A HOST OF ISSUES DEMANDING CONTINUOUS INTERACTIONS WITH EMPLOYEES AND BUSINESSES TO DEVELOP NEW AND RELEVANT SOLUTIONS TO FUEL CONSTANT PROCESS IMPROVEMENT. THE ANALYST SHOULD THEREFORE POSSES
  • IMPLEMENTABLE KNOWLEDGE OF ENTITY SPECIFIC BUSINESS STRATEGY, PROCESSES OR POLICIES
