Job Description
  • Educate prospects about the value of vacation ownership and becoming a Club Mahindra member
  • Set up structured presentations, research guests ( likes and dislikes) and present vacation ownership plan that fits the guest’s budget, lifestyle and habits.
  • Give property tours, point out amenities and facilities that persuade the customer to invest in vacation ownership
  • Maintain professional relationship with the members, handle enquiries and provide solution to the best of the member’s satisfaction
  • Draw up and process membership contracts for smooth on-boarding of the member
  • Deliver on volume and value targets assigned


Skills Required
  • Excellent personal selling, listening and presentation skills
  • To be able to represent himself/herself in front of large and small groups in order to maximize sales potential
  • Confident, professional, ethical with a positive attitude
  • Work independently and also with teams
