Variable Pay : Ranging between 7%-15.33% of the Fixed Component

This excludes Rs. 30,000/- of one time Relocation Allowance to be claimed as against actuals (applicable only for people relocating from their base location to an Accenture location ), insurance, share purchase plan and gratuity benefits
