- APPOINTING DISTRIBUTORS AND PROMOTING OF YBIO’S PRODUCTS IN INDIA.
- ACHIEVE TARGET [MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND ANNUALLY]
- MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH DISTRIBUTORS AND CUSTOMERS.
- MAINTAINING STOCK & SALES REPORTS DISTRIBUTOR /AREA WISE.
- SENDING STOCK & SALES REPORTS TO COMPANY EVERY MONTH.
- PAYMENT COLLECTION FROM DISTRIBUTORS & SENDING IT TO THE COMPANY.
- HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
- MANAGE THE DIAGNOSTIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES, ACHIEVE TARGETS AND OPERATE WITHIN BUDGET AND WITHIN ESTABLISHED COMPANY POLICIES.
- ASSIST THE SALES TEAM STATE WISE IN THE ALLOCATION OF TERRITORY PRODUCT BUDGETS.
- ANALYZE, ORGANIZE, PLAN, EVALUATE AND FOLLOW-UP ON PRODUCT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS, IN ADDITION TO THOSE INITIATED BY REGIONAL MANAGEMENT.
- EVALUATE MARKET ANALYSES TO DETERMINE EFFECTIVENESS AND PROFITABILITY OF TERRITORIES.
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN AN EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY PHYSICIANS/DISTRIBUTORS/LAB TECHNICIAN AND RETAIL ACCOUNTS IN EACH TERRITORY.
- COACH AND TRAIN REPRESENTATIVES IN AREAS OF SELLING SKILLS, PRODUCT AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE.
- DELIVER PRESENTATIONS TO KEY PHYSICIANS IN COORDINATION WITH SALES REPRESENTATIVES.
- ASSIST IN THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW REPRESENTATIVES.
- RECRUIT, INTERVIEW, SELECT AND HIRE, WITH APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT.
- BRANDING/MARKETING EXISTING AND NEW PRODUCTS.
- ALL RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH JOB THEN AND THEIR.
