Wisdom InfoTech is looking for US IT Recruiters/ HR who can work from our Chennai office.

We are looking for candidates who are innovative & willing to gain experience in US staffing industry. The job involves identifying technological talents in the US & filling up complex IT requirements such as Project Managers, Senior Java developers, Senior Business Analysts etc for our Fortune 500 clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  MBA (HR/Marketing) or any other qualified IT/ non IT Degree, BCA, MCA, BE/Btech (open to all branches), MS (SE/CSC) etc…

Job Description:

·         Develop recruiting strategies using various recruiting tools

·         Identify qualified candidates through interviewing, screening and evaluating

·         Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment

·         Gain commitment from the candidates for current and future job requirements

·         Work with Account Managers to identify target skill sets, profit margins and future client staffing needs

·         Provide accurate and thorough documentation in our applicant tracking system

·         Maintain contacts with user groups, social networks or industry contacts to get referrals

·         Must be self-motivated and possess strong written and oral communication skills

·         Other duties may be assigned to the position as needed
