Position overview:
The Estate
Management Advisor (EMA) is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales
objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and product. The EMA
is responsible for sales productivity in order to have the greatest overall
impact on company results.
Role Description:
Online
and offline Customer acquisition by tying up with Corporates, Govt.
Institutions, Industry bodies, Resident Welfare associations for selling of the
core product “Wills online” and secondary products extending into Estate
Management valuations and other wealth products.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Builds sales channels for both online and offline marketing of the website.
- Work with the marketing team to develop above and below the line sales activities.
- Build alliances in the market; conceptualise and execute events with partners.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Identifies product and process improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Accountability and Performance measures:
- Meets assigned quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer related initiatives
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of company support resources in the customer base.
- Jointly responsible (with field marketing) for marketing investment ROI in the assigned marketplace.
- Achieves strategic objectives defined by company management.
Skills:
- Strong presentations, selling, influencing and prospecting skills.
- Great customer centricity
- High on energy level
- Be able to create innovative solutions for the customers which creates future business opportunity
- Managing customers end to end
- Ability to perform under high pressure and changing work environment
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Estate Management Leader
- Enlists the support of marketing, service resources and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Works with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and service resolution objectives are met.
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in Institutional sales. Wealth Management / legal background preferred.
