Channel Analysis & Strategy  for  Recruitment  -

Objective : 
§  To identify top 3 channels for recruitment in the organization and also put strategy for improvising the effectiveness of the same.
§  Collection of recruitment data from different sources
§  Analyze the data
§  Draw reports and make presentation on effective channels.
§  Conduct survey in the market to understand best practices on Recruitment Channels
§  Design Channel strategy for Recruitment
§  Layout the plan for implementation

Objective:
·        To build effective campus relationship and to recruit best talent from Universities
·        Understand the Talent need of the organization ( fresher’s)
·        Identify the campus / universities in India to build relationship
·        Build the knowledge base of universities in India
·        Build the market intelligence report for campus recruitment
·        Understand the best practices on Corporate – University programs
·        Design the campus plan for the organization
·        Design the implementation plan
