JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Contractor’s will provide support the organization within the area of a company's human Resources operations. This would be a HR generalist role and would entail talent acquisition, HR support and engagement with the business.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Graduate (degree/ diploma)
- Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR from a reputed institute
EXPERIENCE:
- Up to 2 – 3 years of related experience.
- MBA HR Freshers can also be considered
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal people politely. Good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- A “Can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.
- Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
- Must be highly organized, work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in HR matter
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the internal job board and employee referral process
- Source candidates through job portals
- Screen Candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring managers
- Prepare and seek approval for Salary Structure and issue Offer letter to the selected candidates
- Complete the induction and joining formalities for the new joiners.
- Update the internal Recruitment system
HR Administration:
- Prepare HR letters / communication as required
- Manage the Annual Health Checkup process
- Manage the soft loan process
- Handle the exit formalities
- Provide payroll and F&F inputs
- Connect with employees and handle employee queries
MIS:
- Prepare monthly Headcount Reports and other relevant HR reports as required
Employee Engagement:
- Handle monthly Birthday Celebration
- Manage any employee events as and when required
