JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for revenue & CASA target achievement while servicing customers

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY:
Service delivery:
- Managing client servicing in designated branches

Business target achievement:
- Achieving Sales targets on revenue across multiple products – Life insurance, Investment, Credit cards amongst others
- Achieving targets on account opening by going out of the branch and meeting customers
- In new branches, doing activities to generate leads for new accounts in catchment area
Balance sheet growth
- Responsible for engaging clients and increasing the balances in the accounts managed
