Vodafone will be hiring for 2 profiles:
- ET – Relationship Manager (Distribution)
- ET – Store Incharge
Pr-requisites:
- Female Candidates only.
- MBA batch of 2013-15 of Marketing Specialization.
- Location Mobility – this is essential as the candidates can be placed in any location during and after the Trainee period in Tamil Nadu Circle.
- There should be no breaks/gaps during ones academic duration.
- Candidates should have good communication skill.
- Candidates must be fluent in Tamil language (Daughter of Soil).
Position: Executive Trainee
- The selected candidates will be hired under the Trainee Scheme in Sales & Marketing Function. Post successful completion of the trainee period of one year, they will be confirmed as Executive.
- At the time of hiring, they will be offered compensation of around Rs. 4.00 LPA, which also includes a variable component. Apart from CTC they will also be getting Mobile Phone, Travelling Allowances, etc.
- The posting can be anywhere in Tamil Nadu, hence the candidates should be flexible for following location – Chennai, Coimbatore, Kollam, Madurai, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Tanjore, Salem, Pondicherry, Vellore.
- The One Year trainee Period will include Functional & Cross-Functional Induction,
- Shadowing with role holders, as well as On the Job Training and delivery against defined KPA’s for the role in the assigned Territory.
- Sales & Revenue – Acquisition, Quality and Revenue targets.
- Distribution Expansion & Extraction – Distribution Infrastructure, Channel Sales Management & Engagement.
- People – Associates – T&D and driving the Safety (HSW) Standards of the organization.
- Driving Sales through distributors and retailers.
The typical KPA’s of a Store In-charge candidate focuses on the following:
- Responsible for entire store business and operation.
- Handling escalations.
- Making sure that daily and monthly target of Sales, CSAT and Retention is met.
- Responsible for the store profitability.
- Take care of all the stocks at the store like Dongles, Handsets and other Inventories.
- Make sure that all the cash collection to be sent on daily basis.
- Coaching and mentoring new joiners.
