Amazon Logistics & Transportation team is hiring “Team Leaders” for its Delivery & Sorting Station teams. We invite candidates for Amazon Chennai walk-in event.

PG Qualifications: MBA / PGDM / MMS (Any Specialization)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Role:

·Defining, building and executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.

·People Management: Manage directly and in-directly a big team of 40 – 100 associates.

·Engage closely with the delivery team members and develop and a highly motivated and performance driven team.

·Technology Usage: Use system and technological solutions to understand operational metrics and improve processes at the station.

·Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance, through process and training improvements.

· Initiates improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.

·Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.

·Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
