You will join as a Trainee Process Associate / Process Associate
1. Responsible for identifying and verifying customers
2. Processing transactions
3. Answering queries or servicing accounts
- MBA with Finance
- Under Graduation- BA, B Com, BBA, BBM, B Sc(except Computer Science, IT, BCA)
- Engineering Graduates do not apply.
- No Standing arrears in MBA.
Probable Selection Process:
- Group Discussion
- Aptitude test(Maths, English, Logical Reasoning)
- Computer typing Skills(one paragraph- Emphasis on Speed and accuracy)
- Case Study(Situational Analysis)
- Personal Interview(including Domain knowledge- Finance & Information about RBS)

Our agenda
Pre-placement talk and Q&A session We’ll present information about RBS Business Services and the roles we have available for fresh graduates. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenter. 1.5 hours GD/Online Aptitude Test This online test will take approximately 1 hour per student. 2-4 hours Personal Interview We’ll conduct one-on-one interviews with students who successfully complete the online assessment.
We’ll require four (4) rooms for these interviews. 4 hours Results Students who successfully progress through all activities will receive a Letter of Intent at the end of the day. 0.5 hours
