Role Responsibilities :
o     Execute the Talent & Rewards Agenda with Head - Talent & Rewards
o     Increment –
o     Benchmarking – of rewards with relevant comparator/ company basket aided by consultants, guided by Rewards Head
o     Bonus – calculating and governing the payout in consultation with Finance & Rewards Head
o     Incentives – governing the incentives given to different Lines of Business
o     Performance Management – Effective monitoring & execution of Performance Management through Business Leaders and HR Business Partners
o     Talent Management – Talent Review – Prepare the structure in consultation with HR Business Partners, Head Talent & Rewards and Business Leaders and drive execution through partners
o     Rewards & Recognition – Drive the execution through business partners
o     Learning & Development – Prepare the capability charter for the organization in consultation with HR Business Partners, Head Talent & Rewards and Business Leaders
o     Analytics & Data – Reporting, Dashboarding and monitoring the health of business through different metrices co-ordinating with Finance & BU Partners in the guidance of Rewards Head
o     Stakeholder Interaction Skill
o     Presentation and Documentation Skills

o    Responsible for maintaining required levels of customer response time
