CTC – 3.0 lacs p.a. (fixed) , 25 k p.m. (take home – 23 k after deduction)
Variable CTC – Reimbursement’s for mobile ( 1200 p.m. ) Conveyance (4000 p.m.) will be provided.
Incentives – Performance Based every month.

Reports to :Senior Sales Manager/Area Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Advisesuitable property options to customers meeting their needs
- Work with supply team to find properties meeting customer needs if not already available with proptiger.com
- Organizing site visits for the clients and pitch key differentiators of the property
- Negotiate price with brokers/owners on behalf of customers
- Handhold customers through legal and property documentation processs
- Meet monthly sales and NPS targets
Skill Sets:
- Good communication skills
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of resale/real estate market will be an added advantage
