JOB DESCRIPTION: (Junior Business Analyst/Business analyst)
- Elicit record and analyze requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops with the technical members and clients
- Prepare Business requirement documentation (BRD) as well as software requirement specification.
- Attend requirement analysis meeting and act as coordinator between technical team and the client. Ensure that all the requirements from the client are clear to the technical team.
- Prepare Use case diagram/ Interaction diagram/Activity diagram/sequence diagram and other supporting documents as and when required.
- Updating and maintain requisite documents whenever changes are effected
- UAT testing
- Gap Analysis, Feasibility Analysis
- Bachelors and MBA
- 0-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge of software technologies and methodologies, especially any form of agile.
- Knowledge on SDLC documentation process is a must.
- Experience on UML tool is a must
- Candidate should have excellent communication (Verbal and written) skills.
- Candidate should be creative, versatile and confident.
- Candidate should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
