Job Description:
  • To achieve the given Goals  and increase revenue for the company
  • To monitor and increase distribution by doing regular activities
  • To have a control on attrition
  • Implement plans to maximize sales by motivating the team to qualify for foreign trips
  • To create seamless customer service orientation among employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
  • To understand customer needs and fulfill need gaps by suggesting the most optimal solution w.r.t. product, services and customer care in a timely manner.
