Eligibility criteria
Applicants meeting following eligibility criteria would be considered for the process:
  • Minimum of 55% marks in 10th grade
  • Minimum of 55% marks in 12th grade or equivalent
  • Minimum of 55% marks in Graduation or equivalent
  • No gap in education until completion of Graduation

ROLE : Relationship Manager - Non Resident Indian/Priority Banking and Premium Service Relationship Manager.

Job Description:

Priority Banking Relationship Manager is one of the key positions in the bank. The role details are as under:
Role: Priority Banking Relationship Manager
Designation: Assistant Manager
Location: Candidate should be willing to serve at any of the branches of the bank across the country
Major Responsibilities:
  • A Priority Banking Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to the Priority customers and ensuring value added services
  • Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet
  • Responsible for deepening the existing relationships by cross selling of Bank's products and Services/ third party investment products
  • Increasing customer engagement through other non-investment products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to the new and existing customers
  • Ensuring that the customers are sufficiently educated/ leveraged on the best financial solutions
2.Job Description:
NRI Relationship Manager is one of the key positions in the bank. The role details are as under:
Role: NRI Relationship Manager
Designation: Assistant Manager
Location: Candidate should be willing to serve at any of the branches of the bank across the country
Major Responsibilities:
  • NRI RM is primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the NRI customers and ensure value added customer service
  • Responsible for increasing liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing NRI customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet
  • Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively track NRI visits to India.
  • To be in close contact with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings
  • Generate new sales leads for NRI customers through referrals from existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, overseas branches
  • Increase customer engagement through cross - selling investment Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold Coins, etc. and other non-investment products like Forex, Remittances, Loans and many more

Premium Service Relationship Manager is one of the key positions in the bank. The role details are as under :
Role:
Premium Service Relationship Manager
Designation: Assistant Manager
Location: Candidate should be willing to serve at any of the branches of the bank across the country
Major Responsibilities:
  • Managing the relationships of premium customers by catering to their service
    requirements
    Operational support to the Relationship Managers in the branch
    Enhancing the relationship value of new customers acquired by the Relationship
    Managers
    Ensuring customer coverage by Relationship Managers in terms of customer to RM
    meetings
    The PSRM will be an aggregator of the Sales Target ( Investment Products) and
    achievements of the RMs in the branch
    Increasing Product Penetration in the premium customers in the branch
    Improving the portfolio quality by way of higher digital penetrations and improved contactability
